• Oversee staff professional development undertakings.
• Organize various in-house seminars, workshops and camps related to staff professional development.
• Collect and process information on staff's participation in professional development.
• Drive forward the staff professional development scheme by means such as maintaining the staff profiles.
• Allocate work to student teachers and supply teachers.
