Roles & Responsibilities
To coordinate and plan all work related to promoting constructivist and cooperative learning, to be executed by the Academic Affairs Committee, Staff Professional Development Unit, Joint Committee of Student Affairs, and Administration and Development Committee. Responsibilities include:
- Promoting constructivist and cooperative learning and high-efficiency groups.
- Enhancing students' learning motivation.
- Promoting teachers' use of scaffolding to assist student learning.
- Promoting teachers' use of Assessment FOR Learning, Assessment OF Learning, and Assessment AS Learning.
- Cultivating students to become independent learners.
- Cultivating teachers to become reflective educators.
