Mr. Tin Wing Sin has been the Supervisor of Tin Ka Ping Secondary School since its inception in 1994. He has the vision of building a school that will provide a whole-person quality education for leaders of tomorrow.
An alumnus of the Hong Kong Pui Ching Middle School, Mr. Tin received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas, Austin, U.S.A., in 1976 and 1980, respectively. He was conferred the professional designation of the Certified General Accountant of Canada in 1986.
Mr. Tin is keen on education service. He was the Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Pui Ching Alumni Association (1998 to 2002), a member of the Hong Kong Education Department's Advisory Committee on School-based Management (1998 to 2002), a member of the Board of Trustees of Miss Porter's School, Connecticut, U.S.A, (2001 to 2004), and a member of the Management Board of the Hong Kong Institute of Educational Research of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (2000 to 2008). He goes to the Mainland China regularly to visit different schools and universities for educational purposes.
